1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Wholistic Wellness Center app, website, and booking services located in Reno, NV. By creating an account, booking a service, class, or event, or using our app in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Wholistic Wellness Center offers wellness services, classes, events, retreats, and community offerings. Booking details, availability, and pricing are displayed in the app at the time of booking. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel offerings when necessary; in such cases, affected clients will be notified and any amounts paid will be credited or refunded as appropriate.

3. Bookings, Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Bookings are confirmed once payment (if required) is successfully processed.
• Appointments, classes, and events may be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time; eligible cancellations are issued as account credit. Community offerings and donation-based events are exempt from the 48-hour restriction.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the start time, or missed sessions, may not be eligible for credit. Urgent situations are reviewed case by case — please contact us directly.
• Retreat, package, and installment purchases are subject to the specific terms shown at checkout.

4. Payments & Gift Cards

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Manual payment methods (such as Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay) are verified by our staff before bookings are activated. Gift cards, coupons, and account credits have no cash value unless otherwise required by law and may be subject to expiration terms disclosed at purchase.

5. Health, Safety & Waivers

Our offerings are wellness services, not medical treatment, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or care. Consult your physician before beginning any new wellness practice. Certain offerings require a signed liability waiver or intake form before participation. Please inform your practitioner of any relevant health conditions prior to your session.

6. SMS Terms & Text Messaging

Our automated text messages are sent under our registered Brand name, Wholistic Wellness Center, from (775) 993-0448. By opting in to SMS messaging, you agree to the following terms:

• Opt-in: You opt in to receive transactional text messages — booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and schedule updates — by providing your mobile number and completing a booking with us.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your bookings — typically one confirmation per booking and one reminder per upcoming appointment.
• Cost disclosure: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile carrier's plan for details.
• Opting out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at the email below. Opting out of SMS does not affect your account, bookings, or email notifications.
• Carriers & delivery: We are not responsible for messages delayed or undelivered by your mobile carrier. Supported carriers and current terms are subject to change.
• Data use: Your SMS opt-in data and personal information are used only to deliver these service messages and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
• No third-party marketing: Every message is sent by Wholistic Wellness Center and relates only to our own services and your bookings. We do not send marketing, advertising, or promotional messages on behalf of any third party or affiliate.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate information when booking, and not to misuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wholistic Wellness Center is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or the app. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the date of the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
